Terms
The short version of how we work: quotes, scheduling, payment and text messages.
Effective date: November 4, 2026
Who we are
These terms cover solidhauling.com and the junk removal services of Mordechai Levenberg, doing business as Solid Hauling ("Solid Hauling," "we," "us"). We serve Los Angeles and nearby cities. By using the site or booking a job, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are free. You get one fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- If there's more than the photos showed, the crew stops and we confirm a new price with you before loading, not after. You can approve it, take items off the list, or keep the original scope.
- Loading, hauling and disposal are included. There's no separate dump fee on your invoice.
Scheduling
We confirm the date and time with you before the job. Same-day service is often possible.
What we can't take
We can't take hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks or asbestos. We'll set those aside so you can take them to a drop-off site.
Our promise
We check closets, cabinets and drawers, and send you before and after photos. If something isn't right in the after photos, we come back free and make it right.
Payment
Pay by invoice, ACH (bank transfer), credit card, cash or Zelle.
