Why we started

Most people who hire a junk removal company want three things. They want to know the price before anyone shows up. They want the space actually empty, not mostly empty. And if they weren't there, they want to see that it got done.

That's what we built Solid Hauling around. We're new, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. What we can promise is how every job runs.

How every job runs

• One fixed price in writing before any work starts.
• If there's more than the photos showed, we confirm the new price before we load, not after.
• Nothing left behind: we check closets, cabinets and drawers, not just the big items.
• Before and after photos, sent to you.
• Easy ways to pay: invoice, ACH (bank transfer), credit card, cash or Zelle.

Who we work for

We work for property managers clearing move-outs and turnovers, real estate agents getting homes ready to list or close, contractors with remodel debris, and homeowners and renters with a garage, a room or a whole house to clear. Some jobs are one item. Some are a full cleanout. They all get the same process.

Every part of LA has its own way of making a job hard: hillside streets with tight parking, apartment buildings with an elevator you have to book, alleys behind older rentals. We ask about access when you send photos and build it into the price, so the day goes the way we planned it.
